Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please give a MINIMUM of 48 hours notice. Any appointment that no shows and/or cancels within 48 hours may forfeit their appointment, as last minute cancellations do not give us time to fill that gap. Arriving late will deprive you of valuable appointment time- we reserve the right to shorten your session to the remaining scheduled time to avoid falling behind. Please make childcare arrangements for the little ones during your appointment, children are not allowed. Refunds are not offered for any product or service, including gift cards.
