My Healing Journey

I always knew I wanted to be a nurse. Healing is in my blood, it's what I do. But significant childhood trauma had left me with nightmares and PTSD, and it was I who needed healing. For nearly 20 years I struggled with addiction, anger and treatment resistant depression, where medications and talk therapy were no longer effective.  In 2023, out of desperation, I was given an energy healing which had an immediate and lasting effect on not only my mental health, but physical, emotional and spiritual. I became attuned to Reiki for self healing, and like many people before me, Reiki opened up spiritual gifts that I now feel called to share with others!
